Familiarity with Java IDEs like Netbeans or Eclipse a plus. Firsthand experience with messaging and asynchronous architectures. Firsthand experience developing distributed/scalable systems and highvolume transaction applications in a 24/7 environment. Understanding of performance/space tradeoffs and browser compatibility issues. Understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) and Design Patterns. Strong leadership skills, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. 14 years of relevant software development experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Computer science fundamentals knowledge Deep understanding of object oriented design, familiarity with design concepts such as designpatterns and the UML Ability to learn a lot quickly Good problem solver and team player Worked for Product based Company and have Rich handson programming experience in Java or another object oriented language (Java/C++/.Net)
